Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This policy explains what information CitiQ (“we,” “us”) collects through citiq.ai, why we collect it, and how it’s handled. It applies to all visitors of this site, including anyone who submits the GEO audit request form.

Information we collect

When you submit the GEO audit request form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, work email address, company, website, market, and any message you include. We use this only to respond to your request.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic — which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit them. It’s cookieless: it does not store anything on your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an individual profile of you. Data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not use any other tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers on this site.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may separately log standard technical information, such as IP address and request timestamps, for security and performance purposes, independent of anything we control.

How we use and share information

Audit request submissions are sent, via email, to the CitiQ team responsible for GEO audits, and may be stored so we can follow up and track the status of your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use third-party service providers to operate this site and process requests: Vercel (hosting and web analytics) and Zoho (email delivery of audit request notifications). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

Data retention

We retain audit request submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@citiq.ai.

Children’s privacy

CitiQ is a business-to-business service and is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
